Section 2: Quote Requests Are Not Confirmed Deliveries
“Submitting a Request a Quote form, contact form, email, or other inquiry does not create a delivery contract, guarantee availability, reserve a driver, or confirm a pickup or delivery.”
A delivery is accepted only after Global Courier & Logistics LLC reviews the request, confirms service availability and pricing, and expressly accepts the delivery arrangement.
Section 3: Pricing and Quotes
Quotes may be based on pickup and delivery locations, distance, timing, urgency, package characteristics, waiting time, special handling requirements, and other relevant factors. Quotes may change if information is incomplete or inaccurate or if service requirements change.
Section 4: Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information, appropriate contact information, accurate descriptions of items, and any relevant access or handling instructions. Customers must ensure items are lawful and properly packaged.
Section 5: Prohibited or Restricted Items
Global Courier & Logistics LLC reserves the right to refuse transportation of illegal, dangerous, hazardous, improperly packaged, prohibited, or regulated items for which the company does not have required authorization, training, insurance, equipment, or procedures. The company does not imply it currently transports controlled substances, hazardous materials, biological materials, or other regulated items unless specifically approved and properly arranged.
Section 6: Healthcare and Medical Deliveries
Healthcare, pharmacy, laboratory, specimen, or other specialized medical transportation services are subject to applicable laws, client requirements, training, insurance, handling procedures, and written acceptance by Global Courier & Logistics LLC. Customers should not submit protected health information or sensitive medical information through ordinary website forms.
Section 7: Delivery Times
Requested pickup or delivery times are subject to availability and operational conditions. Unless specifically agreed in writing, website content or quote requests do not constitute guaranteed delivery times.
Section 8: Service Area
Global Courier & Logistics LLC primarily serves New Castle County, Delaware and surrounding areas. Regional requests in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, or other locations are reviewed individually and are subject to availability.
Section 9: Cancellations, Waiting Time, and Additional Charges
Individual delivery agreements may include cancellation fees, waiting-time charges, additional mileage, return trips, tolls, parking, special handling, or other service-related charges. Any applicable charges should be communicated as part of the accepted service arrangement.
Section 10: Proof of Delivery
Where applicable, proof of delivery may include recipient name, signature, photograph, delivery timestamp, electronic confirmation, or other agreed documentation, subject to customer requirements and applicable rules.
Section 11: Website Information
Global Courier & Logistics LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate but may update services, service areas, pricing approaches, availability, and website content without notice.
Section 12: Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party platforms. Global Courier & Logistics LLC is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, or services outside its control.
